Autostart - KDE

Sometimes you may want to launch some scripts or programs, but only after KDE has loaded.

To do this, all you have to do is create executable scripts or shortcuts in this folder:

/home/sgt-d/.kde/Autostart

Note:  Any folder or filename that starts with a period (.) is hidden by default.  In Konqueror you can check the "Show Hidden Files" on the "View" menu (shortcut keys:  Alt+V,H).  This will allow you to see your .kde folder, and the Auostart folder inside.

I only need/want a few things to launch when KDE has finished loading, so I made application links in my autostart folder:

tilda

krandrtray

superkaramba /home/sgt-d/Documents/skthemes/microchip/Super_Cybertron_Light.theme
